Back in the Game

Back in the Game

If you’re like most families today, you have a garage or a basement filled with sports and recreational equipment that the kids have simply outgrown.  While this equipment won’t help you anymore, it can and will help other local kids realize their own sport or recreational dreams.

As winter sports wind down and the summer sports start to kick into high gear take a serious look at your sports equipment situation and donate the unused and outgrown items to a great community cause.

The United Way of Lunenburg County, in partnership with Premiere Self Storage and other community partners is accepting cleaned and gently used sports equipment that can be dropped off directly at Premiere Self Storage. Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4.00 pm and on Saturday mornings from 9.00 am to 11.00 am, or at the Field House in Bridgewater.

These donated items will then be given to local kids who might not be in a position to afford them, but have their own personal dreams of owning the podium.
